Overview

Visit Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Kandy town including a visit to the sacred temple of the tooth relic. Thereafter witness a Cultural show. On completion return to hotel in Kandy.

DAY: 1 Bandaranaike International Airport - Hotel ( Colombo )

On arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by one of our representatives outside the exit gate. Just keep a look out for a friendly man holding a placard with your name on it. The representative will take you to your car, from where you’ll be whisked off to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to do with as you please.

DAY: 2 Colombo - Kandy

The driver will take you to Kandy ( 2 Hrs 15 Mins / 115 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for refreshments and photography.

DAY: 3 Full Day City tour of Kandy ( Kandy )

DAY: 4 Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

The driver will take you to Nuwara Eliya ( 1 Hr 30 Mins / 78 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for refreshments and photography.

DAY: 5 Full Day Nuwara Eliya Tour ( Nuwara Eliya )

Visit a Tea Plantation and factory. Thereafter enjoy a sightseeing tour of Nuwara Eliya.Upon completion return to hotel in Nuwara Eliya.Rest day at leisure . Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY: 5 Full Day Nuwara Eliya Tour ( Nuwara Eliya )

Visit a Tea Plantation and factory. Thereafter enjoy a sightseeing tour of Nuwara Eliya.Upon completion return to hotel in Nuwara Eliya.Rest day at leisure . Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY: 6 Nuwara Eliya - Beruwela

The driver will take you to Beruwala ( 04 Hr / 210 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for refreshments and photography.

DAY: 7 Free For Leisure In Beruwala ( Beruwela )

The day is free to spend as per your interests. We have nothing planned for today as far as sightseeing or activities are concerned, however your hotel accommodation remains same as chosen.

DAY: 8 Beruwela - Colombo

The driver will take you to Colombo ( 1 Hr 30 Mins / 84 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for refreshments and photography.

DAY: 9 Hotel - Bandaranaike International Airport ( Colombo )

Your driver will pick you up in plenty of time to drop you at the airport for your flight. We recommend you depart for the airport four hours before an international flight and three hours prior to a domestic one.

Booking Condition

A Non Refundable Deposit of Rs.20,000 per person to initiate a booking if Travel Date is more than 30 Days from the Date of Booking.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 30 days or more: Non – refundable deposit (25%of the total package)

Between 29 - 20 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 25% of the Holiday Cost

Between 19 - 14 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 50% of the Holiday Cost

Between 13 - 08 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 75% of the Holiday Cost

Prior to 7 days of the departure: 100% of the Holiday Cost

Note: If the entire tour is cancelled after ticket issuance then there would be 100% cancellation for airfare (base fare). Only taxes will be returned and for land 75% cancellation.

Standard check in time & check out time is 1400hrs and 1200hrs respectively unless specified otherwise. Requests for early check in or late checkout is subject to availability in hotel. Request for guaranteed early check in requires room to be reserved from the night prior to guest’s arrival which will be charged accordingly over and above the agreed rates.
Breakfast served in hotel would be on international menu clubbed with some Indian dishes.
com will process visa application for the group and will require the specified list of supporting documents for the same as per embassy regulations. However, Embassy reserves the right to grant the visa as Flykaro.com will only act as a facilitator.
Final day wise itinerary can only be modified by Flykaro.com to accommodate all cost inclusions and commitments by Flykaro.com in best possible way.
It is advisable to carry at least USD 500 (or any applicable equivalent currency) per person for personal usage during the package depending on the cost inclusions. Immigration authorities might demand to show minimum USD 500 at the time of immigration from Indian nationals.
Price quoted by Flykaro.com is based on current rate of exchange, and reserves the right to amend these prices in case of any currency fluctuations and changes in various rates of exchange.
